This page contains information for those who will give an oral or poster presentation during Systematikdagarna. Last day for registration of oral presentations is October 31. Poster presentations can be submitted until the last day of registration (November 15, but note that ”early bird registration” is due on October 31). You are able to specify desired presentation type in the registration form. If you wish to give an oral presentation you will also have to specify in what symposium you want to participate.

Oral presentations

We expect most talks to be 20 minutes long (including 5 minutes for questions), but the exact talk length will depend on what symposium you are selected for. When the presentation programme is set, the chair of each symposium will contact you regarding how much time you will get in your symposium.

Your digital presentation files can be uploaded to the conference computers in the morning during the first conference day (Monday November 24), but if you like you can also email them beforehand to Alexander Zizka.
We strongly recommend all presenters to have their presentations in pdf format to avoid any incompatibilities.

There is a minor risk that we cannot fit all who wish to give an oral presentation into the program. In that case the submitted abstracts will be judged and selected for.

Poster presentations

Each poster presenter will be given a space of 84 cm x 118 cm (A0, portrait format). Pins will be provided by the organisers.

The poster session will take place during 1 hour after lunch on Tuesday November 25.
